Updates coming to SamTrans Bus School Routes in August

Effective August 7, 2022, SamTrans will implement changes to many of its school-oriented routes. These route changes are included in the final Reimagine SamTrans plan, which was a nearly three-year effort to analyze the bus system with the goal of improving service and responding to changing ridership in San Mateo County. These upcoming school-oriented route changes will improve efficiency while maintaining service for many students who rely on SamTrans to get to school. In addition to routing changes, there will also be schedule adjustments to many routes to respond to changing school bell schedules for the 2022/23 school year. Check the website below after Aug. 7 for more information

Message from Our Principal, Theresa Fox

Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year.  We are thrilled to have our fourth and fifth graders back on campus full time this year! At Mariposa, the Monarch butterfly is not only our mascot but also a symbol of this stage of transition and growth for upper elementary students.  This year, it’s also a part of our theme: Together We Soar!  We are all in this together -- students, families, and staff -- to follow the protocols that will keep students and staff safe and schools open, and to support our students in reconnecting and growing socially and academically with their peers. Together we soar!
